Clause 01

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

"We" / "Us" / "Our"	The operating entity responsible for wb404.app and all services provided thereunder.

"Account"	The individual, password-protected account created by a Player upon successful registration on wb404.
"Balance" / "Wallet"	The real-money balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spin values, or conditional reward amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

Clause 02

Eligibility

Access to and use of the wb404 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

You must be at least 21 years of age. wb404 applies a strict 21+ policy across all services, including the casino, sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all specialty game categories.
You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and playing on your own behalf.

You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion order, whether applied through wb404 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming program to which wb404 is party.
You must not currently be, or have previously been, excluded from wb404 for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You must be the rightful owner of — or have explicit authority to use — any payment method used to deposit funds into your wb404 Account.

Age Verification: wb404 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending review. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and apply zero tolerance to violations.

Clause 03

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one Account on wb404. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account by notifying our support team of any changes.

wb404 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before your first withdrawal is processed — and at any point we deem necessary — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

A government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or valid passport)
Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank account statement for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, or Bank Permata; e-wallet registration confirmation for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)
A selfie holding the submitted ID document, if requested

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any request issued by wb404 may result in temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal functionality. wb404 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, contact our support team immediately via live chat. wb404 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where reasonable security precautions were not observed by the Account holder.

Clause 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wb404 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wb404 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by wb404; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees or exchange-rate adjustments for transactions originating from non-IDR payment instruments.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance windows or during peak banking hours. wb404 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network outages.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where expressly permitted otherwise by our support team.
Any active Bonus Funds in your account must have met the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Maximum guaranteed processing time is 24 hours from approval, excluding circumstances beyond our control.

Anti-Money Laundering: wb404 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activities. Bonuses & Promotions

wb404 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Ramadhan, and the BRI Liga 1 season. All promotions are governed by their individual terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all wb404 promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and over who hold a verified Account in good standing.
Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer explicitly states that repeat claiming is permitted.
Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings on expiry.
Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, togel, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
wb404 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage across accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Responsible Bonus Use: Bonuses are promotional incentives, not guaranteed income. Never deposit additional funds solely to unlock a bonus if that deposit exceeds your entertainment budget. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the wb404 platform — including live casino tables, slots, togel draws, virtual sports, Andar Bahar, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific rules take precedence for gameplay matters.

For the wb404 sportsbook, the following general principles apply:

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; once confirmed, the accepted odds are final.
wb404 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds was clearly present (e.g., odds significantly out of line with market consensus due to a data feed error).
For live (in-play) markets, bets are accepted subject to applicable latency and suspension rules. wb404 is not responsible for bets placed during brief periods of suspended markets caused by match incidents.
Sportsbook coverage includes BRI Liga 1 (Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and all league clubs), EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and selected e-sports markets including MPL Mobile Legends Indonesia.

For togel (numbers lottery) products, draw results are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. wb404 does not control draw outcomes. Togel winnings are calculated strictly according to the published pay tables at the time of bet placement.

Technical malfunctions during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or display glitches — are handled according to the affected game provider's published malfunction policy. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to wb404, the relevant stake will be refunded to the Player's Account balance within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

We actively encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means. Players must be at least 21 years of age to use any service on the wb404 platform.

wb404 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Players at any time by contacting our support team:

Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to manage your spend.
Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wb404 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and permanent ban from the platform, in addition to any legal remedies available to wb404:

Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in a manner that circumvents fair play
Exploiting software errors, bugs, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to circumvent AML thresholds
Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to deposit funds
Threatening, harassing, or abusing wb404 staff or other Players through any communication channel
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the wb404 platform
Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions

Clause 09

Intellectual Property

All content available on the wb404 platform — including but not limited to the wb404 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, game assets, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of wb404 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other third-party studios). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wb404 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings

Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events
Decisions made by game RNG systems or sportsbook outcome determinations, which are final and binding
Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

wb404's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Platform Availability: wb404 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee this figure as a contractual commitment.

Clause 12

Account Termination

You may close your wb404 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after satisfactory KYC completion, net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements.

wb404 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe
Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments
Provision of false registration information
Multiple account registration
Any conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to wb404, other Players, or the integrity of the platform

In cases of Account closure due to breach, wb404 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a confirmed serious breach (fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation), balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

Clause 13

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wb404's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. By using the wb404 platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

Players accessing wb404 from Indonesia do so at their own volition and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. wb404 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering or depositing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as an acknowledgment or representation by wb404 that its services are licensed, authorized, or approved by any Indonesian government authority.

Clause 14

Amendments

wb404 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the wb404 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.
